bass...
thats a problem w/blumlein recording. incredible 3d sound, but a natural bass rolloff that removes much of "the beef".
I agree completely.
A shame too as that bass player was real good.

Great show and nice taping...
I really enjoy listening to this take; a nicely balanced set list and very nice play. One minor nit of this recording though is that the bass is quite underrepresented which is noticeable all over the place, but very much annoying in solos.
